1. What is the difference between “shop” and “wholesale catalog”?
Fabric in “shop” is stock available that can be purchased directly online or offline without minimum.
Fabric in the “wholesale catalog” is made to order which is supported to show our production lines.
2. What's the minimum custom order quantity?
Fabric minimum: 3000yds/order, 1000yds/color, accept small quantity with surcharge, Garment minimum: 800pcs/style, 200pcs/color
3. What's the delivery window of your custom fabrics and garments?
Fabric lead time: normally 6~8 weeks, but it will be faster if greige is available. Garment lead time: normally 13~14 weeks.
4. Can you develop fabrics according to our request?
While we do not develop custom fabrics as a customer's initial order, we do develop fabrics for existing customers and our designer works with our customers to realize their vision.
We offer products to Patagonia, prAna, Kathmandu, Outerknown, Eileen Fisher, Taylor Stitch, Mara Hoffman, J. Jill, Maloja, etc. We've worked with these brands in a stable business relationship for a long time.
5. Suggested wash label for hemp fabric.
Machine wash code gentle(hand wash code for silk blended fabric), tumble dry low, iron low, do not bleach, and wash separately or with similar colors.
6. Returns and exchanges
Hemp Fortex gladly accepts returns and exchanges please get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery, and ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery to our warehouse.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or invoice so we know from whom the product is being returned.
Items may not be returned if they have been cut, dyed, or altered in any way.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
7. When will the online order be shipped?
Orders with quantities less than 20Y will be sent out within 5 business days after the order is received.
Orders with quantities more than 50Y will be inspected and sent out within 7 business days.
It will take an estimated 5-7 business days to arrive. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
8. Is Hemplus membership used for both custom and online orders?
No, Hemplus only works for online or offline stock orders.
